yt99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between yt99 (hereinafter "yt99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered through the yt99 website at https://yt99.io or any associated mobile web application. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the yt99 platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the yt99 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://yt99.io.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds held separately.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from a verified payment method, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free spins credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which yt99 confirms a Player's identity, age, and address prior to authorising withdrawal transactions.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account at the Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the yt99 Platform, clicking any acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published update to these Terms, you confirm the following:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The yt99 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. yt99 applies a 21+ standard across all Bangladeshi accounts. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account permanently closed and any remaining Real-Money Balance returned to the originating payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all such cases.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The yt99 Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh and that use of online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by any law applicable to you personally.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one active Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, mobile number, device, or payment method — are prohibited. yt99 employs device fingerprinting and payment-method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings generated through bonus funds voided.

3.4 Registration Information

During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. yt99 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time, including but not limited to: a valid national ID card, passport, or driver's licence; proof of address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. yt99 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live support chat.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify yt99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. yt99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, provided the Platform's own systems have not been compromised.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting yt99 support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions will be forfeited upon closure.

4.4 Account Closure by yt99

yt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk-management concern. In the event of closure for breach, yt99 may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yt99 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, or anonymous payment methods.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction (subject to periodic review).
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳500,000 for fully verified accounts.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to credit during periods of high network traffic. yt99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return-to-source" policy). Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1–4 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Card withdrawals are processed within 24–72 business hours. yt99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 KYC Verification Requirement

Full KYC verification — including submission and approval of identity documents and proof of payment method — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by yt99 are subject to individual promotion terms which supplement and should be read alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Real-Money Balance is used first in any wagering calculation unless a promotion's terms specify otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not withdrawn within the expiry period will be automatically forfeited from your Account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

yt99 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of the promotion, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers.

6.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

yt99 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and hold no cash value outside of the Platform.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the yt99 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. yt99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 RNG and Live Games

All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games offered on the yt99 Platform are provided by certified third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' studio rules and dealing procedures.

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure affecting the outcome of a game, yt99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. yt99 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious technical error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7.4 Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

All cricket and sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to yt99's Sportsbook Rules. Bets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB). yt99 reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or irregular activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yt99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to yt99 support.
• Any form of money laundering, or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Abuse, harassment, threatening language, or discriminatory conduct directed at yt99 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the yt99 Platform without written permission.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the yt99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and user interface design — is the property of yt99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without yt99's prior written consent.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

yt99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to yt99's collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. yt99 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect Player data in transit and at rest. yt99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

yt99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to increase an existing limit take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yt99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from events beyond yt99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, power failures, or acts of government.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes caused by third-party game or data providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

yt99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit yt99's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

yt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — yt99 will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, communicated via email to the registered address on the Account or via a prominent on-site notification. Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact yt99 support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real-Money Balance.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of parties engaged in online entertainment services. yt99 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact yt99 Customer Support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the matter. yt99 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome, yt99 will request transaction logs and game records from the relevant provider as part of its investigation.

14.2 Language of Disputes

All dispute communications between Players and yt99 shall be conducted in English. yt99 does not accept dispute submissions in any other language.
